cGroups

When we are born again, we are born into the family of God. cGroups, or care groups, are simply the family of God gathering together to be the church in smaller settings. cGroups are a place for believers to care for one another, enjoy life together and serve the community.

Questions

HOW DO I JOIN A GROUP?

You are welcome to join a cGroup at any time during the semesters! Click above on “Find a Group” and look through the available cGroups. When you see one you’re interested in just click “Join Group” and a message will be sent to the cGroup Leader letting them know you’re interested in joining their group!

WHAT DO WE DO AT A CGROUP GATHERING?

Exactly what a cGroup gathering will look like depends on the group. Bible study groups will be more focused on discussion and study, while a common interest group may have more time dedicated to enjoying a common interest together. All cGroups gatherings will be made up of at least four things: Christ centered culture, community, prayer and Bible Study.

WILL CHILDCARE BE AVAILABLE?

Childcare will vary from group to group. Some have child care provided, some welcome children as a part of the group, and some are more adult oriented. When looking for groups you can filter your groups based on childcare availability.

HOW CAN I BEGIN LEADING A CGROUP?

Each semester we train and launch new cGroups with new cGroup leaders. If you are interested in leading a cGroup you can contact us at info@cccharleston.org for more information, or sign up below! cGroup leaders will need to complete Growth Track and the cGroup leaders training before they can launch a cGroup.
